Financial Agreement
Initial Visit/Assessment (60 minutes) $165.00
Individual Therapy (50-55 minutes) $125.00
Couples Therapy (50-55 minutes) $150.00
Licensure Supervision – Individual $90.00
Licensure Supervision – Group $60.00
Resident/Intern Session (55 minutes) - sliding scale agreed upon in financial arrangement form upon scheduling
Late cancellation – less than 24 hour notice $55.00
No Show Fee: Full fee (copay plus insurance amount)
Returned Check: $30.00
Telephone session: $95.00/hour (non-reimbursable)
Correspondence/Collateral $30/half hour
Good Faith Estimate
For those opting out of using insurance:
On January 1, 2022, a ruling went into effect called the "No Surprises Act" which requires practitioners to provider a "God Faith Estimate" to individuals who are uninsured or utilize self-pay. Refer to the GFE section to learn more.
